We had a great time at this year's Topsfield fair! The fair is now over and the rabbits have gone home to their owners, but we'll be back in 2010!
Welcome to the ECRCBA
The Essex County Rabbit and Cavy Breeders Association is a volunteer participatory group of both breeders and just plain people interested in the care and breeding of Rabbits and Cavies. Btw. A Cavy is a Guinea Pig!
We manage the Rabbit Barn during the annual Topsfield Fair. We provide a display of many different breeds of rabbits and cavies. We also have Rabbits and Cavies available for sale (along with most of what you need to get started).
Whether you are interested in looking at rabbits that are "Representatives" of the breed, or looking for a pet for yourself or a child, come visit us in the Rabbit Barn during the fair!
In addition to our Rabbit and Cavy displays we will have demonstrations of how rabbit wool can be spun into yarn! An education table where you can learn about Rabbits and Cavies (and pet them too!).
We also share the Barn with the Great Scotts 4-H club which will also have their own Rabbit show and education table.
